4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms
winbet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. This means a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets.
Bonus funds should not be treated as cash — they are withdrawable only once the specified conditions are met.
Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
winbet reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
VIP Cashback
The winbet VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Silver member with a ৳20,000 net loss receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
Promotional Offers
winbet runs various promotional offers on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Where there is a conflict between the general terms and a promotional term, the promotional term takes precedence.
6. Betting and Game Rules
The following general rules apply to all games on winbet, including slots, live casino and sports betting.
General Game Rules
- The individual rules for each game are available within the game interface.
- winbet reserves the right to void transactions caused by technical errors.
- The results produced by the game software are considered final.
- winbet is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection.
Sports Betting
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless both parties agree.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant sports category.
- For multi-bets, a payout is earned only if all selections win.
- winbet reserves the right to investigate suspicious bets and withhold payouts pending review.
Odds and Payouts
Odds displayed on winbet are subject to change and depend on market conditions. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed in decimal format; for example: a ৳1,000 bet at odds of 2.75 returns ৳2,750 (including ৳1,750 profit). 7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities will be considered a serious breach of winbet rules and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.
Fraud and Deception
- Opening an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
- Using computer programs, bots or automated software to play games.
- Exploiting system errors or bugs for personal gain.
- Participating in collusive betting or result manipulation.
Money Laundering
- Attempting to launder money obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
- Processing deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties.
- Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
- Allowing others to operate your account.
Platform Abuse
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to winbet's technical infrastructure, database or network is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Abusive, threatening or harmful behaviour towards other users is also prohibited. Any attempt to carry out a DDoS attack or any other form of cyberattack will be met with legal action.
8. Account Suspension and Closure

- If a breach of the Terms is suspected.
- If KYC documents are not submitted.
- For review of unusual transaction patterns.
- To ensure account security.
- At the user's own request.
Grounds for Permanent Closure
- If fraud or money laundering is proven.
- If operating multiple accounts is proven.
- If opening an account under a false identity is proven.
- For repeated violations of the terms and conditions.
- By order of a court or authority.
Self-Exclusion

winbet is not liable if a game or bet is affected by internet connection disruptions, power outages, or problems with the user's device.
winbet will not be liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
winbet's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the original amount of the transaction in dispute.
Gambling is inherently risky. winbet is not liable for losses incurred during play. Users place bets at their own discretion.
User Responsibilities
